Hi - I’m Suzi and I’m a specialist Dog Photographer working across London

Dogs are such important parts of our lives and it’s great to be able to honour them with dog photography that captures their personality and incapsulates how much we love them. As a professional dog photographer in London, I specialise in capturing your dog’s personality, character, and spirit through contemporary, natural portraits. With over five years’ experience, I photograph dogs of all ages — from playful puppies to gentle senior dogs — adapting each photoshoot to suit your dog’s temperament and your preferences. My dog photography work has been published in The Times Newspaper and I work with leading luxury brands to create dog imagery. I have a Masters in Photography and I am aslo a very proud Portrait of Britain Vol 8 shortlisted winner for my work photographing humans!

Private Dog Photoshoots across London

All dog photoshoots in London take place outdoors, making use of the city’s beautiful parks and green spaces. I always aim for photoshoots to take place in large open spaces, beautiful weather and calm environments, helping you and your dog to feel comfortable and relaxed for the duration of the shoot, which generally lasts up to two hours for adult dogs.

I am experienced in working with a huge variety of dog breeds and different personalities, from shy and anxious dogs, to super outgoing and very excited dogs, and those with a mixed level of commands and dog training. I do have a selection of magic ‘dog photographer’ tricks up my sleeve to ensure no matter what kind of dog you have, you will end up with a beautiful selection of pet portraits and have a fun, stress free experience!

Private dog photoshoots in London start from £185, which includes a £35 credit to use toward prints, digital files, or other products. Each session is personalised to your dog’s needs, with a pre-shoot telephone consultation discussing temperament, allergies, commands, visual preferences and locations to ensure we get the most of our time together.

What inspires my photography?

I am inspired by the beauty of my surroundings.  I do a lot of shoots on Hampstead Heath which offers a great selection of backdrops and the scenery changes so dramatically from season to season - autumn is just jaw-droppingly beautiful.  London has so many amazing green spaces – I am yet to visit them all or tire of any of them.

Dogs and their personalities never cease to amaze me. Just like humans – they are all so different – with their own unique characteristics and personalities and I am always moved by the amount of love my clients have for their dogs, along with their unbreakable bond.

Famous and successful dog photographers including Elliott Erwitt and Walter Chandoha motivate me – proving there is space to carve out your own style and one day I hope to be well known and widely respected for my unique approach to dog photography.
